All documents you upload are encrypted and stored securely. Documents are retained for 30 days after service completion to allow for revisions and dispute resolution, then securely deleted unless you request retention for archival purposes.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa for resolution of any disputes arising under these Terms.
Any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms must be brought in the High Court of South Africa or the appropriate lower court with jurisdiction in South Africa.
