3. Prohibited Uses and Violations
You agree not to use Perismart's services for any of the following purposes. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, service termination, and legal action.
3.1 Plagiarism and Academic Dishonesty
You are strictly prohibited from:
- Submitting work that is not substantially your own without proper attribution or citation.
- Presenting work authored by others (including AI-generated content) as your own original work.
- Failing to properly credit sources, whether direct quotes, paraphrases, or ideas derived from other authors.
- Using Perismart's services to disguise or conceal plagiarism.
- Engaging in self-plagiarism by resubmitting your previously submitted work without institutional permission.
Consequence: If we have reasonable grounds to believe your submitted work contains plagiarism or that our services are being used to facilitate academic dishonesty, we will refuse service and may report your account to your institution.
3.2 Misrepresentation of Authorship
You agree to:

3.3 Illegal Content and Activities
